Hi Raghavendra, A common requirement is completion of your Bachelor's degree. Some countries accept three year Bachelor's degree, but some require a four year Bachelor's degree course. In Germany you can apply with a three year course. It is very competitive in Germany, you must have an excellent academic track, research interest demonstration, papers, good recommendation letters and a very good SOP. You must take the IELTS and in some cases they may require GATE and German language knowledge. The admission requirements vary from country to country accordingly.
