Yes, there is an entrance exam for the M.Sc. in Anatomy (Medical) program at KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (KAHER). The exam is called KLEU-AIET (KLE University All India Entrance Test). It is an offline, multiple-choice question (MCQ) based exam.
