Scoring 103 marks in JEE Mains is a good achievement, but it is not possible to predict whether you will be able to qualify for JEE Advanced or not, as it depends on various factors such as the difficulty level of the paper, the number of candidates appearing for the exam, and the cutoff set by the exam authorities. However, based on the past trends, the cutoff for JEE Advanced for General Category candidates usually ranges from 80 to 90 percentile. If you belong to any reserved category, then the cutoff may be lower for you. Therefore, it is advisable to wait for the official announcement of JEE Mains result and cutoff, which will be released by the National Testing Agency NTA after the exam. In case you qualify for JEE Advanced you will be eligible to appear for the exam, which is conducted by one of the IITs. It is a more advanced level exam and tests your conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. The JEE Advanced cutoff varies each year and is determined by the exam authorities. If you do not qualify for JEE Advanced there are still many other options available to you such as applying to other engineering colleges through state-level exams, appearing for other national level engineering entrance exams such as BITSAT VITEEE etc. , or considering other career options.

According to the best of my knowledge, I would like to suggest you that both BBA and B.Com have their own merits. It depends entirely on your interest before choosing either of the courses.
If making a career in management is your priority, then you should go for BBA as it is the foundation of management and has been specifically designed for MBA aspirants.
B.Com, on the other hand, is much more diversified and has a wider scope for specialisation for post-graduate study.
Thus, it is advisable to first chalk out your skills, aptitude and area of interest before taking up any of the courses. Instead of looking at the money-making aspect while choosing a course, it is more feasible to choose a course that will give you long-term benefits rather than short-term.
