The 2 best countries currently are Canada & Australia for both studying and then getting a post-study work visa leading to permanent residence. Weather-wise you may prefer Australia as Canada has severe winters.

There is no difference in syllabus of AIPMT and NEET. But in terms of college coverage, NEET covers more number of seat than AIPMT.

Its good to know that you are interested in this field. To start your career, you need to pass 10+2 from science stream along with biology. The entrance test for bachelors is conducted by All India Common Entrance Examination. After doing Bachelors in animal husbandry BVsc and AH one can go for masters.
