It will be better if you join ECE, opportunities are less in biotechnology. I am an M.Tech in biotechnology graduate, I worked in many companies and struggled a lot, but even that was also not enough to get a job. Even payscales are less when compared to ECE stream in the industry. Even if you study MS out of the country, chances of getting a job are very tough in India. Many people said that biotechnology will be a boom in the future, but unfortunately, it did not happen.

Above both universities. you prepare Arthmatic. by RS agarwal. english grammer vocabulary logical reasoning and general knowledge english comprehension etc.in the market various books are avialble. start preparation to day onwards. some of the institutes like TIMES, IMS etc coach the students find out nearest coaching centre.

Rahul. Admission for B.Sc is based on your percentage your score in your XII board exams, its not based on your JEE points. JEE point are only for Engineering level.

You can apply for B.Sc in any Government or Private institution, just select the course you are interested in and also look at the college facilities, skill development, fee structure and placements.

NATA scores are used by admissions authorities of different Government, Govt. Aided & unaided schools / colleges of Architecture, to provide common measure for comparing the qualifications of applicants, for admission in addition to their scholastic performance in 10+2 or equivalent examination.
You need to register for CET to be eligible to get a CET ranking in Architecture.
