Dear Avneesh, I am assuming you have above 65% score in your finals and no backlogs or less than 2 backlogs, also you need to have an overall score of 6 bands in IELTS with no band less than 6, which is the English language test, if so then you can apply to some of the top Universities in Australia. During application you need not have the IELTS scores, however to get your unconditional offer letter you will have to report them. You can also take PTE as the results are faster. Kindly do not choose and course of 1 year duration as this will not make you eligible for a post study work visa, please choose one with a 2 year duration.
