Hello Karthick,
It is very nice to know that you are good in Physics. From this perspective, both these branches are good for you. However if one looks from the opportunities for placement then Aeronautics is big trouble. Placements in this branch or very few with the result, majority of students going for MBA or MS abroad. Compared to this the prospects of ECE are quite good. There are lots of opportunities for placements. In view of this I would definitely recommend ECE branch for you. Best wishes.
