You won't be able to get a seat in any of the course in VIT. You might try your luck for Bhopal campus if they increase the seats there.

For getting top Universities like BHU, CCSAU Hisar, PAU Ludhiana and GBPAUT, you needs to score above 300 marks in ICAR UG. While for others the ICAR score between 200-300 is enough.

Yes, you can get NIT College with this percentile, but getting the desired branch in that college might be difficult, as in top NITs the percentile accepted is around 88 so in that you might not get, but yes you can grab good college.
