Hi @jay20802,
It completely depends on what you want, if you are looking at changing your career stream from engineering to something like marketing or sales then you should quit your job. If you are looking at Masters in Engineering from abroad you can continue your work while giving exams like GRE and apply to universities as your application will give you an edge because of relevant work experience.

Mumbai and Pune Colleges will accept CET score. Beside CET, AIEEE or NEET score is also accepted. If CET score is good then then won't be any problem. Colleges mentioned by Manmeet Kaur50173 and Malpani are good. Beside these if you can consider SITRC in Nashik as a very good college under Pune University.
