In my view, BA is a better option, as English itself is one of the subject in the said Course.well Bcom mostly contains of Accountancy and Management. If you are focusing on English Subject t han BA is a better option for you. Good Luck

GPA is grade point average and when you talk about on a scale of 10 basis then its CGPA.
For undergraduates the calculation is different and for Masters applicant GPA is calculated in a different way.
Take 60% equivalent to 2.0 GPA for Undergraduate students, which means at 100% it will be 4.0 GPA, So calculate accordingly. So at 80% we are taking it as 3.0 GPA.
For applying in Masters program, its best to get an evaluation done from WES( www.wes.org) as they will take into consideration your university, total students, your program of study and other official data and then give you a suitable GPA.
