Ravi your tentative rank is going to be between 35001 - 50000. I hope you will surely get NIT but whether you will get CSE or not this is little difficult to say.it all depends upon the cut off and merit.
But you can hope to get CSE in any good private university on the basis of these marks in JEE as well as 12th. Not only this you can also get scholarship in some of the private universities.

Undergraduate simply means you have not finished your Graduation i.e., pursuing your Graduation. When you get the certificate of Graduation then you will be consider as Graduate. Waiting for result for Graduation is also consider as Undergraduate as they have not finished their Graduation.
