Monika which career is going to be good for you depends upon your interest. And according to you your interest is mechanical. So, go for B.Tech in any of the mechanical specializations like mechatronics, aeronautics, automobiles, agri.equipments etc.
These days once again the scope and career prospects in Mechanical filed have increased with a good no.of girls also opting for the branch.
With these marks in JEE, you will get universities like Jagannath, Shobhit, National Institute of Foundary & Forge Technology etc. But you can also go for private universities where you can easily get admission on the basis of your 12th marks too. In some private universities you also get scholarships.

Before seeking admission in any institute, kindly check the below mentioned parameters such as affiliation, accreditation, fee structure, curriculum, admission procedure, entrance exam patterns, etc.
The basic eligibility criteria for admission into bachelor’s degree is, higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks.
So with 48% marks in graduation you are not eligible to get admission in this program.
However if you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program only then in that case I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education as in order to pursue this program you simply need to be graduate in any field.

While choosing any institute ensure that you are taught by Experienced & proficient Mentors. Also ensure adequate infrastructure, industry interface & validate placement track record of alumni's. Learning Software alone won't help you.
First acquire artistic skills on paper, then learn application software's for expressing skills in the Digital Medium.
