As per your percentile in MAT it would be difficult for you to get admission in JIMS-Delhi as in order to get admission in this institute you need to 75 percentile plus in MAT.
However as per your percentile in MAT you may look for some of the below mentioned institutes in Delhi.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks.
So with 48% marks in graduation you are not eligible to get admission in this program.
However if you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program only then in that case I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education as in order to pursue this program you simply need to be graduate in any field.

If you have written the entrance exams for engineering you can get a chance of getting into one of the eng colleges. If you are not interested in eng then you can study for BCA or B.Sc in CS or IT. There are many courses in the market which has many career options.
