The basic eligibility crieteria is:
Candidates who have cleared their class 12th examination are eligible to appear for this exam. He/she must have passed class 12th with at least 60% marks with Physics, chemistry and Mathematics.

It is little bit tough to get a good branch, but you can get a lower branches in some of the NIT like Srinagar, Hamirpur, Agartala, etc.

Congratulations, you scored very well. Coming to your question admission depends on your course which particular course you want to pursue on the basis of top 4 subjects marks aggregate. If you are somewhat interested in doing B.Com(Hons.) or economics honors then 93% is not enough to get into DCAC but you can get various good colleges if wait for cut offs to dip. You have chances in Motilal College, Rajdhani, DDU, Ramlal, Shivaji and various other good colleges.
Have patience and wait for the cut offs to dip, don't do hassle work. Best of luck .

Delhi University B.Tech Admission Eligibility Criteria
To get Delhi University B.Tech Admission, the candidates have to pass their 10+2 level from a recognised board. The minimum aggregate marks are as given below (category wise):
General Category: 60 % in four subjects (including Mathematics)
OBC category: 54% in four subjects (including Mathematics)
PH category: 55% in four subjects (including Mathematics)
SC/ST category: Passing marks with Mathematics as one the subjects

For Engineering Services Examination - Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from a recognised university or equivalent. M.Sc. Degree or its equivalent. JMI will be a good choice in my opinion, and as you have secured good rank there you should first go there. Keep IPU as a backup.

In terms of placement and faculty members, Andhra University is good among all the options which you mentioned. Andhra has a decent placement with average placement package of around 4 LPA.
