You are not likely to get a government college in India. Hence, you'll need to get either into big private universities or into local engineering institutes. Check the best colleges in PUNE for Engineering or either apply for MANIPAL, VIT, AMITY, AMRITA or LPU for distance education. NIMMS also if you can afford.

I don't know much about MAIT, Delhi but in UPES it is good. There are several sub branches for CS. It's up to you which branch you will choose. Placements in UPES is also good. Faculty is also experienced which will give you full support. The highest package offered was around 27 LPA. Top recruiters are Microsoft, VMware, dell, LNT, IBM.

Dear Rajendra, I feel you should go for chemical engineering, as it has many openings in India as well abroad. Though it is not a new branch, it has picked up tremendously these days as a result of which many reputed universities like VIT, LPU, SRM, etc. Have started offering it. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12th marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12th or JEE or even

Mock counselling of WBJEE is that system in which you are able to get a rough picture of what colleges you will get. It's purpose is to analyze the candidate about what seat he may get. No, it is not necessary to attend. One tip from my side will be to attend this as you will get a clear idea.

Dear Kishan,
Be it Russia, China, Ukraine, Philippines, etc., most important is to choose a good university which has good facilities and faculty to teach international students. Needless to say, the university has to be listed with MCI and the local council in that country. Every country has its pros and cons. So every person chooses a country as per their preference.
All the best.
