Dear Edward, Garhbeta College, West Bengal offers BCA course there is no honors in BCA. The eligibility for the BCA course in the college is for a candidate who has passed 10+2 with Computer Applications, Statistics or Business Mathematics are eligible for the BCA programme.

 If the professional course is opted from a University in India then it would be difficult to pursue two courses at a time. The application for any college mentions that you can not pursue two courses at a time. In cases you submit your original certificates to the Professional course you're doing in they would return it only after completion and enrolling yourself to a distance course they would require all your originals for verification purpose.

You can take admission in civil engineering either you have a Diploma in civil engineering or you have passed 12th class with PCM. You can't take admission directly after 10th class. All the best.

There is no such rank criteria for taking admission in COMEDK, if you are having low rank than you will not be getting good colleges and if you are having rank in top 10k, then you will get admission in good college. Hope you got your answer.
