You can enroll for TNEA counseling (for other state students) under Anna University in which you will be allotted seats in the colleges based on your board exam scores. TNEA won't consider your JEE marks or any other scores apart from this. But PSG has some seats reserved for those who don't appear for TNEA and hence you can apply with your JEE main marks. For management quota seats also, an entrance exam will be conducted. You can refer their official website or contact the admin for the same.
