The SRMJEEE result will be valid till the current academic year only. No candidate will be granted admission in the next year based on SRMJEEE current year scores. Separate entrance exam will be held next year for admission in the next session. SRMJEEE passed candidates will be allotted seats via SRMJEEE counselling. SRMJEEE counselling is the process of allocating seats and branches to candidates as per their ranks. The seats are allotted to the applicants based on their performance in the exam.

No. There is no provision of verification of SRMJEEE result. Once the result has been announced candidates cannot apply for or request for verification of the marks. Once the SRMJEEE scorecard has been released, candidates have to accept the scores ad ranks as final. SRMJEEE Rank List will be announced online after the announcement of the SRMJEE results . Only those candidates who have their names in the Rank list will only be called for SRMJEEE counselling. SRM result consists of their marks/score in the exam along with other important information regarding the candidates who appeared in the entrance exam.

The examination conducting authority will decide the SRMJEEE cutoff after considering the factors related to it. The cutoff is decided to choose the deserving ones out of the candidates who appeared in the exam. Candidates who secure the cutoff marks will be eligible for admission. 2018 saw the announcement of the most recent cutoff rank. The SRMJEEE cutoff ranks show the final SRMJEEE rank at which SRMIST was admitted to different BTech programmes.

After the declaration of SRMJEEE results, qualified candidates will be required to participate in the SRMJEEE counselling process for admissions to BTech programmes offered by different campuses of SRMIST. Shortlisted candidates will receive call letters, following which they would have to register online for the SRMJEEE counselling process.

The candidates must solve more than 50 per cent questions to secure safe marks in order to qualify the CDS cut off. However, to qualify for the CDS exam, the candidates must secure more than 70 per cent marks to get selected for the CDS SSB interview surely. The candidates selected for the SSB interview will be assessed for their mental, physical, and medical ability. The candidates will be considered qualified for the SSB after qualifying the SSB interview. However, the marks of the interview can't be predicted as it completely depends upon the boards and interview panelists. 

The SRMJEEE scores are calculated based on the marking scheme of the exam. After that based on the rules set up by the SRM authorities the ranks are assigned to the candidates for the assignment of seats. SRMJEEE result will have the ranks of the candidates that will be used for seat allotment in the SRM campuses and courses. The result contains details like candidate name, roll number, application number, percentile score, rank, etc.

SRM result consists of their marks in the exam along with other important information regarding the candidates who appeared in the entrance exam. The information to be shown in the SRMJEEE scorecard is as follows - Roll number of the candidate, SRMJEEE application number, Candidates name, Candidate photograph with his digital signature, Candidate postal address and contact details, Percentile Score, Rank, Qualifying status, and Merit rank.

The dates for TANCET Examination 2024 will be live on the website prior to one or two months before the examination. The expected date of the examination for 2024 is during the month of March .
