I do not think that you can pursue class XII from YCMOU ,you can pursue class XII from NIOS but basic eligibility for any undergraduate course is class XII,you should first clear your class XII to pursue BHM.YCMOU does offer three years Bachelor of Business Administration (Hotel & Tourism Management) (BBA (HTM)) - through its study centres.for more details,you can contact its study centres,find below the details of the same:

As per the official website of YCMOU, after selecting your program and study centre,you will be required to purchase the relevant prospectus with Bank of Maharashtra challans for the selected academic programme at the chosen Study Centre.
