If your IITT refers to IIT(Indian institute of technology) then it is better than SHARDA University,
But if your IITT refers to any one of those written below than SHARDA University is better:--

see physics is basically a concept based subject. it is difficult to cram the topics of this subject. may be your basics are weak that's why u r not able to understand this subject and therefore u score low and since u have got less marks in your previous classes u have developed a feeling in u that u do not understand physics and its affecting your present score also .u should therefore revise the physics of ur earlier classes so that u can gain a little confidence in ur capabilities and never cram physics always try to understand the concepts and after that u will be able to write the whole answer yourself. and give a little more time to this subject .definitely ur physics will improve.
