For admission to engineering degree one need have 45% min. in open category for reserved category 40%. But there is certain rule if 44.66% may be rounded to 45%. Please check with the college.

Company Secretary course doesn't exist in abroad, only valid in India. But with LLB you can go for LLM course in top notch institutions like Oxford, LSE, Columbia, UT Austin.
And with MBA in Finance degree require at least 2 years of work experience if you want to complete from a world wide university. GMAT is also another requirement for MBA in Finance.
