The average package offered in PSGIM is around Rs 5.5 lakhs per annum with the highest package of Rs 12 lakhs per annum (marketing). For others (HR, finance & operations )- Rs 8 lakhs per annum. All staffs have core knowledge & experience in their domain so there is no rank among staff.

It would be difficult to get MAIT with this rank. last year students with rank up to 865 were given admission.
You can get DIAS easily.
If you want to get admission in MAIT only you can try for management quota or can also try for spot counseling.

Hi Rahul,
One has to service atleast till the age of 35 years before taking a volunteer retirement in Indian Air Force (IAF) if joined through NDA. Actually the minimum service period is of 15 years for all categories.
