You can definitely pursue genetic engineering after B.Sc in CBZ if you're referring to B.Tech in genetic engineering as it would require class 12th from PCM for the eligibility criteria which I am assuming you to have it. For Masters in the same, you'll have to consult the institutes you're wishing to study it from.

All the best.

Your question is not actually justified unless you have another option available to you. Only then you can ask if Lalit Narayana Mishra College would be a better one. Further, please understand that a college can be as good as a student wants it to be. Even if you get admission into a highly ranked institution and then dont do the requisite hard work it wont serve your purpose. So I advice that if you do not have any alternatives then go ahead with this college and focus on your learnings.

In the field of education, one cannot specify institutes as good, better or best unless the parameters for making judgements are known. Such parameters can also vary from person to person, place to place. You are talking of part-time MBA which means the college has to be in your city. So it means you want to know the best one in your city. In Mumbai, Welingkars is quite reputed. In case you have Distance education (and not part-time) in mind then you can bank upon Symbiosis, or SMU, or ICFAI.
