It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your Ph.D. in pharmacy. As you are having a job in Hyderabad, I would suggest you do it from University of Hyderabad. It's only a suggestion. You will have to pass an entrance exam for admission in Ph.D. and then the process begins. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about UOH.

Yes, the National Testing Agency has officially released the Final UGC NET June 2019 Answer Key for all the subjects. NTA had also provided a chance to raise the objection on answer key from 1st July to 3rd July 2019. As per the official status, the UGC NET Result for this session will be announced on 15th July. Keep checking the official website for any the latest updates regarding your exam. Best of luck.

If it comes to the validity of UGC NET e certificate http://bit.ly/2XadomS then there are 2 conditions
Candidate has qualified for JRF- In such case the validity period is only 3 years from the date of result declaration or issuing certificates. Candidate has qualified for Assistant Professor/Lectureship -In such case there is no question of validity as it is valid for lifetime. Coming to the significance of UGC NET e- certificate
