Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. To achieve concentration amidst a crowd and noisy situation, the only solution is that , whatever is being taught or discussed, you must know something beforehand. However, for your reference Florida Institute of Technology, offers master of Science in Earth Remote Sensing.

If you are interested in designing,then go for it.I think you are eligible for PG,but please be sure,go through the websites of the institutes you are aiming for or contact them directly.reputed institutes like NIFT,NID conduct PG entrance exams so you may prepare for them.as you don't have any basic knowledge on designing I would suggest you to complete a short course or online course on basic designing along with your PG preparation.
