In order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor.
The general eligibility criteria for PHD students are as follows:
In majority of the institutes, master's Degree is an essential pre-requisite for a Ph.D.
It is important that you have good scores in common entrance tests such as GRE and English Language examinations like TOEFL or IELTS.
Internships or other work experience will add to your qualifications.

Scope: A BCA program is the first important step for higher studies especially MCA. It prepares a student for IT and other professions either directly related or after higher studies. BCA provides a student with the much needed exposure of Computer Language applications and prepares a student for a Masters program in Computer Applications (MCA).
Job Prospects: BCA gives a student with a solid platform to further his career in the field of technology but it is strongly recommended that a student should opt for MCA to further his prospects in this competitive world. BCA is a good course but it is simply a bachelor's level degree and not much importance is given by both private and government organizations especially when compared to a B.Tech course. Therefore one should join MCA after BCA which will improve a student's prospects immensely and companies also attach the same weightage as a B.Tech degree holder.
ADVISE => First i will advise you to do MCA if possible .
Since people have their own personal problems then remember BCA is a entry level course in IT and software field. .week programing is not a big issue for a BCA student most of student of BCA have weak programing because BCA syllabus is designed for just providing a basic knowledge of computer and its related fields and how come you understand a totally new language in few years with low faculty support of small institutes and colleges where teachers also have less knowledge of programing.
I will suggest you to do any one year specialization in any language like PHP or .NET or JAVA etc. and then try for a job so that you can get a good salary.

There is no eligibility for SAP courses. It is recommended that you have a few years of work experience before moving into SAP. This will add to your ability to take up SAP as a career.
While selecting an institute for SAP courses always go for the one which has industrial link-ups and sound placement records. Siemens is the most popular one.
SAP training institutes are purely commercial organizations. The courses are quite expensive. So, your aim would be to seek a relevant job after completing training by paying hefty fees. However, if your experience is adequate then you may directly apply for jobs.

There is no specific eligibility. You must pursue SAP from an institute which has industrial link-ups and sound placement record.
As for Sales Distribution module, it consists of all master data, system configuration and transactions to complete the order to cash process. SAP SD is one of the demanding, popular and money making careers.
