Hi Serena,
Decide for yourself which MBA would be better for you. Are you interested in HR? Will you benefit in any way by specializing in HR and Pharma together. Do you further want to have a career as an HR in a Pharma company. Do you just want to specialize in Management aspect of Pharma companies. Once you have the answers to these you'll be able to decide better.

As per your query it seems that you wish to know whether to pursue MBA degree from universities or PGDM from autonomous institutes, so regarding this please remember MBA degree is offered by universities, whereas PGDM is offered by AICTE approved institutes.
Both these course have almost the same course curriculum, so you may pursue any of these course.
However please remember while taking admission your emphasis should be more on taking admission in good universities or institutes.
