Please remember in part time MBA program the class are generally held on Monday to Saturday - evening 6.30pm to 9.30pm or on Sundays and holidays.
Whereas in distance MBA you do not have to go to the college and the study material would sent to you by post.

As per your query it seems that you wish to know whether to pursue MBA degree from universities or PGDM from autonomous institutes, so regarding this please remember MBA degree is offered by universities, whereas PGDM is offered by AICTE approved institutes.
Both these course have almost the same course curriculum, so you may pursue any of these course.
