If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). There are many colleges who have part time course but exactly in which lactation ur looking for ?
Part time mba is worth if you want to continue with the job and you have to do MBA simultaneously.
Or else if u want to leave your job from BPO so i will recommend than go for full time.
