No, you can't. If you are pursuing MCA 6th semester (final year) then you are eligible for the UGC NET December exam. You are in the 5th semester now, so you have to wait to appear for the NET exam.

To clear the exam you need to score at least 40 marks in every subject and aggregate of 200 marks in a single group. If you take both the groups at once then you need to score 40 marks in every subject and two groups put together aggregate of 400 marks. So advantage in taking both the groups at a time

I believe you are looking for tips on preparation for IIMC (Indian Institute of Mass Communication) entrance exam.
