Hi Bhuvana,
Although, you can do two degrees together, but you need to ponder on few things, like you may have problems at the time of Examination like clashes of Examination dates or the Universities you choose may not accept you to pursue another degree from another University. So, you have to keep all the pros and cons of doing two degrees from different Universities together.
Also, I would like to know why you would want to do two degrees together, rather I would suggest you to do one full time degree from a good University, as the correspondence degree doesn't hold much value in the job market. As far as Employment exchange is concerned I dont think it will creat any problem at that front.
