Although, we don't have specific information regarding the online training or preparatory courses for CISA Examination but you can search for such information on common public portal like Google you would be able to find a lot of free material on such sites.
However, as far as the exam is concerned, it consists of 200 multiple-choice questions that must be answered within 4 hours. Candidate scores are reported as a scaled score. A scaled score is a conversion of a candidate's raw score on an exam to a common scale. ISACA uses and reports scores on a common scale from 200 to 800. A candidate must receive a score of 450 or higher to pass the exam. The exam is split between 6 Content Areas:
IS Audit Process - 10% of Exam
IT Governance - 15% of Exam
Systems and Infrastructure Lifecycle Management - 16% of Exam
IT Service Delivery and Support - 14% of Exam
Protection of Information Assets - 31% of Exam
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery - 14% of Exam
The exam is offered in 11 languages at more than 200 locations worldwide in June and December.

Although, you have not mentioned anything about your educational or professional background, but the benefit of any program or the scope of the program would largely depend on your own capabilities. It would also depend to a great extent on your performance on the program and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job interviews.
However, if you are looking for a career in supply chain such certification definitely will be add - on to your resume and will give you an edge as compare to others who are carrying the same profile and experience as yours.
