If you are saying that you have completed your BCA from PTU (Punjab Technical University) then PTU is recognized by UGC and AICTE and you can do MCA from WBUT (west bengal university of technology) or from any other university by qualifying their entrance exam not only in india but in foreign also :)
And please don't use shortcuts next time these short names have many meanings which confuses us in understanding the question :)

In my opinion DCA is a basic course why do you wanna do it online ?You can easily do DCA from any good institute in your locality attending classes and intracting with fellow students will help you in improving you knowledge regarding the course and the areas of study you need to improve,And i also wanna say that you can't do DCA online and no website can give a registerd degree of DCA online and if you manage to get the degree may be possible that you get a fake degree and what will you do after that ?so search an institute nearby and do DCA from there.
