Dear PR choudhary, YOu can do B.TEch ( distance-mode) from Karnatka state open university, but Be informed that it is not approved from AICTE.It can work for pvt jobs, but in govt job's AICTE approval is needed.

If some one did diploma in Electrical engineering than he/she can take admission in B.Tech second year directly on basis of merit of marks and seat available in particular institutes.
About B.Tech degree of electrical engineering means its is a four year course of bachelor of technology in electrical stream .
