B.A Political Science-
Political Science is a social science which is concerned with the theory and practice of politics and description and analysis of political system and political behavior. This branch of study mainly deals with the issues on politics.
The eligibility criteria is that the student have acquired at least a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 45% in political science in their class 12 examination. (If no Political Science subject, then at least a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate).
Job Prospects
Being a Bachelor degree holder in Political Science one can opt for the civil services like IAS (Indian Administrative Services) which is conducted by UPSC. They can also join the teaching profession after completing the bachelor degree and they can also opt for the higher studies like M.A / M.Sc in political science.

B.A Public Administration-
Public Administration is an interdisciplinary discipline draws theories and concepts from economics, political science, administrative, management, law, sociology and a varied range in relevant field. Public servants and other officers who work in public sector are known as Public Administrators.
For pursuing a bachelor's degree in public administration a candidate must have completed his/her higher secondary education or 10+2 examination.
Job Prospects
There are career opportunities in non-profit agencies and local government bodies, state government, public service organizations such as animal welfare and healthcare agencies and large non-profit organizations at the national level.

Bhavarsh, I could tell you that XYZ Institute is one of the best and go read online about it. I could tell you to search the youtube for 'best animation faculty' or 'best animation institute'. However these are only some of the methods of shortlisting. There is no such authentic one list of institutes that i can give you. All institute branches have same curriculum, like all states in India follow the same constitution. By same comparison all state progress differently and after a certain time the gap becomes huge. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website. Now shortlist some you want to visit. Do not hesitate to travel - this is about your life and career. After visiting those take a decision for yourself. The eligibility norms are as follows:
1. Nationality
-For the Indian Administrative Service and the Indian Police Service, a candidate must be a citizen of India.
-For the Indian Revenue Service, a candidate must be one of the following:
A citizen of India A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India
-For other services, a candidate must be one of the following:
A citizen of India A citizen of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India
2. Education
All candidates must have a minimum of any of the following educational qualifications: -
-A degree from a Central, State or Deemed university
-A degree received through Correspondence Education or Distance Education
-A degree from an Open University
-A qualification recognized by the Government of India as being equivalent to either of the above
3. Age Prescribed age limits are minimum 21 years and maximum of 30 years as on 1 August of the year of Examination. A candidate who turns 21 on 1 August is eligible whereas a candidate who turns 30 is not.
Upper age limit relaxation is also provided to certain candidates
