To be eligible for admission in IMI Delhi, a minimum aggregate of 50% is required in your Bachelors. Till last year CAT score had 50% weightage in total score for final selection. However, from this year, CAT score is only considered for clearing the first stage, that is getting the call. This year's CAT score cut-off for getting the call was 87 for PGDM and 84 for PGDM HR and PGDM B&FS. So you need to score the minimum percentile which will help you clear the cut-off and get the call.
Even if your academic performance is not very strong, you can still convert it, provided your essay, extempore rounds and interview is very good. So you can compensate for your academic performance with your good performance in other parameters. In addition, if you have work experience, you add weightage to your profile.

There is hard to find any recognized university, 1-year B.Ed.
The course is of 2-years duration everywhere.
To do B.Ed. by correspondence one must have a bachelor or higher degree from a recognized university, and two years full time regular teaching experience on temporary/permanent basis as Primary/Graduate/Post Graduate Teachers in primary, secondary/higher/senior secondary school recognized by the central or a state government or a union territory.
As you don't has any teaching experience, you are not eligible to do B.Ed by correspondence. This condition applies to all recognised/ approved universities offering B.Ed by correspondence in India.

Khushi, Take any creative subjects or arts or languages. I would recommend that as you study for your 10+2, you start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can also buy good sketch books from the market for sketching including shading, shadows, and human figures. However, soon you may have to upgrade to more serious books like "Bridgeman's Guide to Anatomy" or "The Animator's Survival Kit" by Richards William.
