There is No percentage is required to apply for UPSC Civil services examination to become IAS Officer. IAS Stands for Indian Administrative Service and this examination was conducted by UPSC Every Year, The examination was held in 2 stages - preliminary examination and Main examination. For this year Preliminary examination was already completed and The results was also Declared, Those who cracked the preliminary examination are eligible to sit in main examination, the preliminary examination was Objective and The main examination was Descriptive, In main examination you have to choose the Optional subjects on the basis of Graduation.
So, If you are Interested in IAS Examination then please apply for the UPSC Civil services Examination, The examination was held every year and If you are Interested then please fill the application form Next year i.e. in 2012.
Only those candidates are eligible for this examination who have completed his Graduate degree course in any discipline form a recognised university and your age should between 21 to 30 years, upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates. General candidates will gets 4 Attempts in this examination and OBC Will gets 7 Attempts and No limit

Hi Ayan, Pharmacy is one of the main disciplines under Bio-medical science and the pharmaceutical industry. It is responsible for the preparation, dispensing and appropriate use of medication and which provides services to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
In order to facilitate admission of Pharmacy graduates in M.Pharm and also to award fellowships / scholarships to Pharmacy graduates, AICTE decided to organize and conduct an examination in the name of Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test ( GPAT ) with effect from academic year 2012 – 2013.
To be eligible, candidate should have Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy(4 years after 10 +2, including lateral entry candidates ) and those who are in the final year of B.Pharmacy course.

In order to get admission in universities abroad, you need to first of all decide in which course you want admission, and in which country you want to pursue your education.
Universities in US and UK have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall(August)
Spring(January)
So first of all you need to decide in which intake you want admission, and accordingly you can start your application process at least 6-7 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
All the international students need to prove their English proficiency, for these you may take either TOEFL or IELTS exam.
IELTS and TOEFL are the exams which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.
Both IELTS and TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) is of 120 marks, and all the good universities requires 80-90 plus score.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is of 9 bands, and all the good universities requires 6-7 bands plus score.

Graduate in any discipline from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC)
You can appear for the Prelims even if the final year's result is awaited provided you produce it while filling the Mains form
Citizenship Eligibility for IAS
MUST be a Citizen of India
Age Eligibility for IAS
Minimum 21 years of age at the time of filling the Prelims form and not more than 30 years for General category
For OBC candidates between 21 and 33 years of age
For SC/ST candidates between 21 and 35 years of age
Attempt Eligibility for IAS
For General category students not more than 4 attempts including prelims
For OBC candidates not more than 7 attempts
For SC/ST candidates no limit on attempts. Only age limit.
