It is always always advisable to start your application process at least 7-8 months in advance of your planned admission intake.Getting admission in top universities is very competitive, as students from all over the world apply, so the more earlier you submit your application the more chance you have of getting selected .
For most of the top universities the application deadline for Fall-2012 intake is January end, it would be advisable to please check the application deadline for the universities you aspire for and submit you application accordingly.

How could you do programming in c,c++,java without having Mathematics in BCA? In fact you can't think a logic for a program without maths. maths is the root subject for computer based student either studying BCA ,MCA, COMPUTER SCIENCE(HNS),COMPUTER SC ENGG.
So i don't think so that you will get admission in such good university without having mathematics.
You many option apart from MCA you can go for MBA and after MBA you will get good job and earned much money than MCA holder student.
But In MBA You will Get Admission In Good Colleges If You Have Appear In CAT Entrance Exams. The Minimum Eligiblity For MBA Is Graduation Pa

In order purse undergraduate course from UK, you need to have:
12 years of education, with good academic background throughout,preferably 60% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognized education board.
