dear hari. MSc in UK is available in alsmost all universities. You need to first check and finalise on a particular field or subject in which you want to do your Msc. Based on this, you would have certain universities which offers the same. then from that universities, it would be easy for you to check for their credentaisl and ratings by recognised bosies and then decide on which one you need to move further to. Naturally all universties in UK would prefer atleast 60% marks in your graduation with an IELTS score of 6.5 for masters program. Hi Kavita, India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS officers are recruitment. IAS is basically meant for those aspiring candidates who have strong dedication towards the country.
The minimum qualification required for appearing the competitive examination is Graduation.
There will two papers in prelims exam
1. GS- Paper I
2. Reasoning and aptitude and enlish comprehension- Paper II

It is always always advisable to start your application process at least 7-8 months in advance of your planned admission intake.Getting admission in top universities is very competitive, as students from all over the world apply, so the more earlier you submit your application the more chance you have of getting selected .
For most of the top universities the application deadline for Fall-2012 intake is January end, it would be advisable to please check the application deadline for the universities you aspire for and submit you application accordingly.

How could you do programming in c,c++,java without having Mathematics in BCA? In fact you can't think a logic for a program without maths. maths is the root subject for computer based student either studying BCA ,MCA, COMPUTER SCIENCE(HNS),COMPUTER SC ENGG.
So i don't think so that you will get admission in such good university without having mathematics.
You many option apart from MCA you can go for MBA and after MBA you will get good job and earned much money than MCA holder student.
But In MBA You will Get Admission In Good Colleges If You Have Appear In CAT Entrance Exams. The Minimum Eligiblity For MBA Is Graduation Pass With 50% Marks.

Hi Radheshyam, All type of construction or manufacturing job needs some type of planning and structural designing. This job is popularly called Computer Aided Drawing or CAD and Computer Aided Manufacturing or CAM. But for both the process we require an expert who is well versed with drawing and manufacturing job and also the functioning and application of computer in the field. Hence a course is offered in CAD/ Cam to train an expert work force in the sector of planning and manufacturing.
A candidate is considered eligible for the course if he or she is a graduate or a diploma holder in related field specially engineering with minimum 50% marks from any recognized university. There is no age limit. But the admission is based on the merit of the candidate.
CAD/ CAM students are appointed in industries, manufacturing plants, construction companies and related sector. They are paid well on the basis of their skill and experience and given better posts.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing the subjects in IAS is how comfortable you are with these subjects, and how strong your fundamentals are in a particular subject as that subject automatically become more scoring for you as there is no one subject in particular which could be scoring, a subject which is scoring for one can be difficult for the other, depending on his/her caliber, so keep all these factors in mind while choosing your subjects.
There are few combinations which are not allowed to be taken which are:

Commerce & Accountancy and Management
Anthropology and Sociology
Mathematics and Statistics
Agriculture and Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science
