There are many course options available after 12th Science. You must opt for the one which matches your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goal.
* After 12th in Science if you have studied Biology, Physics and Chemistry, you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology).
[Eligibility criteria : complete 12th (PCB) with minimum 60% and sit for an entrance exam].
* If you have Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 12th then, you may go for engineering courses such as civil, mechanical, electronics etc.

* Apart from doing the degree level courses in Science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration.

However, other than Science stream you may even explore the opportunities Commerce and Humanities offer.

You can pick BBA or BBM.
Both BBA and BBM are bachelors degree in the area of administration. These courses can offer better job opportunities to students in different areas of management. These courses can act as a foundation to acquire higher studies in management by which the aspirant can get a bright future.
Both of these courses have their own merits. BBA is better for students who are interested to do MBA after obtaining Bachelor's degree. Those who wish to acquire knowledge in management can go for BBM whereas those who are interested in Administration can go with BBA. Anyway, both these courses can offer challenging jobs in the field of management.
In Mumbai, majority of colleges offer Bachelor of Management Studies which is equivalent to both BBA and BBM.

To become a Pilot :
* You need to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and Mathematics) with 50%.
* Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
* You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
* Next is Private Pilot License which includes sixty hours of flying. A Commercial Pilot Licence may be obtained only after a PPL and 250 hours of flying.

Eligibility Criteria : NATA
* You need to score 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination in Science with Mathematics as one of the subject from recognized board.
* Prospective applicants desirous of taking admission to First year of undergraduate course in Architecture (Bachelor of Architecture) in India take NATA. NATA scores are used by admissions authorities of different Government, Govt. Aided & unaided schools / colleges of Architecture, to provide common measure for comparing the qualifications of applicants for admission in addition to their scholastic performance in 10+2 or equivalent examination.
