Better to join a good coaching institute as they guides your preparation in a proper way. You can also go for self study, but it needs more dedication and strictly following to the schedule. Coaching will also provide you weekly tests which will ask you to work hard to keep up the performance. IIT needs strong base of basic concepts. Questions are based on basic concepts with varied applications. Variety of problems will help you in making your concepts concrete. Just keep practicing and try to give more and more tests. There is no set cut off for Wharton. The mean GMAT score for the class of 2018 is 730. You may check the class profile to have an idea.

5 years course after class 10th directly is not much benefited. As even after investing 5 years, you will be just get a Diploma. The better option is to go for class 12th, then opt for a degree course. This way you spend the same 5 years, but you will have better qualification and better jobs.
