1. MBA finance from a reputed B-School which has 100% campus recruitment. You need to appear for CAT or similar exams for that. It's of no use to waste 10 to 20 lakhs INR in an ordinary MBA college as they are abundant in the country nowadays. Most students passing out from ordinary MBA colleges are either remaining unemployed or working for 5 to 10k salaried jobs. So if it is an MBA, it must be from an IIM or similar ranked B-school.
2. You may go for Indian Professional Accounting Course like CA/ICWA. However, get ready to study hard for the next 3 to 5 years before you start

There is no need to do Bachelor of Education to become college lecturer. Your post-graduation degree would be sufficient enough for that. To get lecturer job in government colleges, you would need to appear in the National Eligibility Test (NET).
University Grants Commission conducts the National Eligibility Test. Anyone who is interested in lectureship in central government colleges would have to appear for the NET entrance exam.

You have number of options to choose from such as, if you got a good % somewhere around more than 85% then my suggestion is you should go for regular college in DU and after that MBA through CAT/XAT.

Candidates have to pass 10+2 or PUC examination in 2016 with physics, chemistry and mathematics as a main subject from a recognized board.
Candidates who have studied biology, electronics, computer science, statistics, etc., in addition to PCM are also eligible to apply.
Candidates have to secure a first class or 60% or equivalent grade in a qualifying examination.
SC/ST candidates have to score only passing marks in the examination.
