As per my knowledge and experience, if you want to join AIIMS, then yes, definitely, you cover all slips of NCERT thoroughly, then you are definitely become a successful candidate to qualify the AIIMS entrance exam. Dear, there is very little time. So, you have to prepare and do very hard work. So, start working as soon as possible to be a successful candidate.

As the admission body may doubt your intention to study for this course and would perceive it as an immigration case. You need to put forward solid explanation for your reason to pursue MBA in Canada on your visa sop and SOP.

You are already working and now thinking of doing an MBA online. Right? Well there are many universities which are offering MBA via distance education mode. The most famous being IGNOU or Anna University. I will advise you to try one more method. You can maybe after another year of employment, when you would have gathered enough experience, you should think of doing a full-fledged executive MBA of 1 year in any of the IIMs in the country. This is a great value for money and can send you into another sphere of employment. Best wishes to you.

Moreover, it also provides 4 year Evening B.Tech, a different program. Branches are Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Electronics only. I think you got your answer.
