You will need to appear for CAT exam. The eligibility criteria is as follows:
The candidate must hold Bachelors Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates who have completed professional degree (CA/CS/ICWA) with 50% marks.

The minimum percentage required for meeting the eligibility criteria is 50% marks in Class 10th, Class 12th and Graduation. To make it to the Admissions Process, you would have to clear the SNAP Test 2018 Cut-off as declared by the institute, in which case you will receive a call to attend. As per the eligibility criteria candidates appearing for final year examinations can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the qualifying examination.
Also, no, SIBM Pune doesn't have a management quota.

Graduation in any stream is the basic eligibility for MCA. The eligibility for qualifying marks in graduation differs from institute to institute. Most of the institutes require 45 to 50 % aggregate in qualifying exam for taking admission. Reserved categories get some relaxation in aggregate percentage. Apart from this there is another prerequisite for taking admission in MCA degree, one must have studied mathematics in 10+2 as a compulsory subject.
