No, you can't complete BEd in one year. NCTE has announced the return but hasn't implemented the 1-year BEd programme in India yet. If you wish to become a teacher, choose regular 2-year BEd or recognised educational course.

No, scores of CAT are not essential to get admission at the MBA programme of Amrita School of Business, Kochi. Because the institute accepts many other entrance examination scores, likewise, ACAT/ CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ KMAT. Thus, students with scores in CAT can get admission to the programme.
