If you are asking about the 2017 batch, that batch has already closed, so admission is not possible for past batches. LPU only allows admissions for the current or upcoming academic sessions.
With 67% in +2, you are eligible for LPU's law and integrated programs in the current session, as LPU has flexible cutoffs and considers both academic performance and entrance scores. Compared to many other colleges, LPU provides a chance for students with moderate scores to pursue their preferred course without being restricted by very high cutoffs.

Don't worry at all. The CBSE official requires your basic information for preparing your Admit Card for JEE Mains exam. It is not required to mention your 'Date of Photograph or Name' on the photo. But still, if you are having doubt, then you are allowed to rectify your mistake (you are allowed to change some of your data) that has been mentioned in your JEE Application form.
What you all just need to stay tuned with CBSEJEE official website to know for the date. However, the correction window opens in the last week of January.
So at that time, you can rectify\change your data.
