Yes, after the online seat allotment, NIT Manipur requires BTech students to report physically to the campus for final admission. During this visit, your original documents are verified by the institute officials, and you pay the remaining balance of the fees. You will also be introduced to your department and allotted a hostel room if you have applied for one. 

To join NIT Manipur, you must first register and appear for the JEE Main entrance exam for the BTech course. After results are out, you need to participate JoSAA counselling.
