You'll have to select the country and institute first. generally students keep choosing the institute first on a lighter side but I'd say choose an institute first so that you can have a target to target upon. next thing is to looking onto to the eligibility criteria.
Generally the foreign institutes do intake the Diploma Holders from India easily but I'd suggest you to appear for a supplementary Hindi paper which would equilate your Diploma to 12th standard and hence it would be easier for you as well to apply. Yes you can get into BIMM for your PGDM but you should apply to the college and attend the GD-PI. If you clear the GD-PI you can get into BIMM. Its a good B-school with corporate interface. Students from BIMM will have opportunities once they complete their cousre. The avg package is around 5 lakhs.

To take admission in MCA, you need to first fill-up an online admission form on our website- http://mriu.edu.in/.
The admission to MCA shall be made on the basis of-
1. Merit in Manav Rachna National Admission Test i.e MR-NAT 2013 as the 1st preference.
2. On the basis of Marks in Qualifying Examination, as 2nd preference.
The minimum eligibility criteria is-
50% marks in aggregate in any discipline in Graduation with pass in Mathematics either at Graduation or 10+2 level or / BBA / BCom.
