Dear Kasthuri,
Well it is not advisable for you at this stage to pursue Bachelors from Germany, as you have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
So, as a friend, I would advice you to complete your bachelors in India and then pursue your masters from Germany.

In order to pursue MBA in IT you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However please note that graduates in IT, Computer Science, Computer Application; or in engineering or with IT related experience will be preferred for admission in this program.

In India only those management institutes which are affiliated to a university can offer an MBA degree. For this reason institutes like Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), University of Pune, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies or Faculty of Management Studies can offer MBA degree, as they are affiliated with Pune, Mumbai and Delhi University respectively. The cut off for which course? The expected cut off for CAT and CMAT respectively for the PG(PHARMA) course would be around 65 percentile and a score of 190/400. For the PGDM in Management course it would be a score of around 210 in cmat and around 70 percentile in CAT.
