If you want top engineering colleges in India like IITs , NITs ,IIITs Bits Pilani , DTU etc for this you have to clear entrance exams like JEE(Main) , JEE(Advance) , BITSAT.
There are also some state level and all India entrance exams in IndIa
Few of them are COMEDK , SRMEEE , VITEEE ,MANIPAL UGET , UPSEE Assam CEE after clear these exams you also have chance to get good college.
There also some colleges in India which offers direct admission on the basis of your 10+2 marks like Anna University , Lovely Professional University.

To become a teacher, you need to have either of the following eligibility:
-Class XII (any subject) followed by training in polytechnics and vocational training centers or Montessori Teacher training schools
-Class XII (any subject) followed by diploma in education or Bachelors in education (B.Ed) Graduates of Home Science also serve as primary teachers
-Class XII (any subject) followed by B.Ed. degree after graduation. These are Trained Graduate Teachers(TGT's) and after Post-graduation are Postgraduate trained teachers(PGTs).This training is imparted in teacher's training colleges. Correspondence/distance education courses are meant for serving teachers only.
Also here are the skills required for a good teacher:
