It is a little tough to change the college after the first semester or one year. But if you get good marks in the first semester & you have a genuine reason for college change then you can easily change it. For that, both the colleges in which you want to take admission & which you want to leave should agree. You should write an application for it to both the colleges if they agree, you can definitely take admission.
