Management quota seats are available normally in the first year admission. Lateral admissions are covered under entirely different clause and hence this quota is not available.

In average level colleges there is very less difference between this, one is autonomous need AICTE approval and MBA need UGC regonised university approval, during placement, there is not much difference, only some colleges provide you 6/8 months internship for practical exposure.
