Executive MBA is not for placements. It is for those who have at least 7 years of work ex and just looking for getting fresh knowledge or enhancing their knowledge. Also aim for top colleges, getting into EMBA courses in IIMs is very easy.

Go to www.icsi.edu and register yourself in executive programme, as you have cleared CPT you don't need to take the CS entrance (foundation) exam. Pay the required amount and upload your documents after scanning them. They'll send you the registration number and books.

Yes, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies is a great college for B.Sc and B.Com but I would suggest you to not to take admission here for these small courses. You would not want to pay more than 5 lacs for these courses. You should take admission in IMS Unison.
